m going back to blogspot…enough of wordpress. here, i can’t customize my template

back to bloggin….thought of getting a domain for myself and setting up wordpress..
phew..that’s too much work for a lazy man like me….so i just choose to use one of the templates of wp…and start here itself 
I would be live blogging the national finals event today in NIMHANS, Bangalore.
1000 Hrs: The exposition just kicked off, after an okies type breakfast. Along came a fellow blogger who took a video and kept saying ‘cool man’.
1007 Hrs: People have moved on to other stalls.
1020 Hrs: People came in
1133 Hrs: Free to blog now. Lot of people coming in.
Okay, I got busy later and the wireless lan was take off later.
But anyway we didn’t make it to the world finals. But it’s been a nice vacation kind of thing, that i have been longing for ages.
3 pending projects….of one is a deadly one.
2 personal projects and a promise to myself that i wouldn’t abandon them at any costs…
that would sum up the reasons for me not posting regularly…
and other reasons being -
it’s fun watching 16 girls play cricket, than to slog in lab working
i prefer the humor of Alan Shore over the deadlines of my projects
also do sometimes prefer to see the future of mankind hanging in space in Battlestar Gallactica
and there again is the same old thing of repenting over why i lost my CPI and all things i did wrong in the past 2 years..!!

….either I will do a Ph.D. and come back as a faculty here

…. will come back the day, when i am so rich that i will buy this whole place from ADAG.
And then I will be the Hilter of this place and my Germany would include the whole campus, instead of just the OAT….!!!
For all those who are single. You are the luckiest people alive.
For all those who ‘think’ they are in ‘love’ – get a life losers.
And for all those who ‘think’ they truly madly deeply ‘love’ each other eternally, forever - get onto a high rise building and jump from there.
The one thing i really don’t understand is the fuss people make about being photographed.
The one who’s being photographed has already lived through that particular moment and instance of their life.
The photographer has captured the moment you have already lived through and have absolutely no control over. So, they really don’t have any right over that particular photograph.
The moment belongs to the photograph, because it’s him/her who has captured that moment, that particular frame of time. The people inside that particular frame or moment have in no way any right on the photograph.
one self proclaimed smart guy at the dining table says to a ‘big’ guy – ‘niku baga G********** balisindi ra…’
the ‘big’ guy turns around looks at his buttocks and replies – ‘ya….telusu ra…gym ki veldam anukuntuna…btw..thanks fr the tip…’
